Robyn Haddon is a singer and producer based in Sheffield, UK. She is interested in voice and song as a powerful processing tool, and writes music through strategies of improvisation and vocal processing technologies. She is currently working on a new body of work called Spills, an experimental songwriting project which plays with electronics, collaboration and group singing. The first release as part of this project, Spills Part 1 is available to stream on Bandcamp now.
Robyn is a long-term collaborator of Rory Pilgrim. Together they use song-writing to platform social urgencies; such as care, connectedness and the climate crisis, hoping that music creates a neutral space to come together and explore solutions. Robyn has performed as part of Rory's performance and film work since 2015, and been showcased at a broad range of venues and festivals, including Centre Pompidou, Stedelijk Museum, Transmediale and Glastonbury Abbey.
